HR Safe EMS provides an HR management and workflow suite that enables users to manage employee information, performance management, disciplinary, absence, property, health & safety, employee communication and business structures.

Payroll management The payroll module allows users to manage the statutory and occupational remuneration process for UK and Irish organisations, and all types of payroll schedules.

MyView Self Service This addresses both employee and manager self-service needs, enabling users to automate paper processes and giving staff online access to key information.

Recruitment (e-recruitment) This solution can range from recruitment administration processing, through to integrated candidate web portal technology.  Sophisticated CV parsing is also available (as standard).

Training Integrated with HR and performance management, the training solution supports training administration.  It helps users to identify training gaps in the business and develop plans for training.

Questionnaire builder This allows users to create their own user-definable questionnaires, and electronically circulate, compile and analyse the results and the scoring. It is also a useful tool to support 360-degree appraisals.

Salary modelling True modelling on an individual, group or entire business basis.  Users can see the effects of the model, apply them if necessary and communicate the result via workflow.

Flexible benefits and total reward statements. Safe EMS offers an optional online benefits management system, enabling employees to choose and model benefits packages online, whilst reducing administration for the HR team.

Time and attendance Safe EMS offers an integrated time & attendance solution. This can be in the form of physical clocking devices and also online time capture via a web portal.

Business intelligence An integrated reporting suite delivered using Cognos or Microsoft Reporting Services technology.
